Hi! I’m Abby Shaw, and as you might have guessed, I’m following in my father’s footsteps by joining him in the insurance industry. I’m proud to be part of the Scot Shaw State Farm office in Fort Smith, AR, where I’ve been working since December 2022. What I enjoy most about my role is the opportunity to connect with customers and build meaningful relationships within the Fort Smith community.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, spending time outdoors walking my dog, and starting my mornings with iced coffee. In my role at the office, I wear many hats—assisting customers with questions related to auto, home, and life insurance, handling billing matters, and supporting our marketing efforts. Being involved in different areas of the office helps me better understand customer needs and provide thoughtful, attentive service.
